Case Study Five
Project Description
To repair extensive storm damage and convert unused attic space in a holiday property in rural France.
After re-roof and attic conversion
Project Solution
A limited window in the holiday renting period was identified in order to re-roof the entire building and to create a further double bedroom and bathroom ahead of the upcoming season.
Plans for conversion were drafted and agreed with locally based Trades people. Some co-ordination of works was handled remotely but interim and final site visits ensured everything remained on track and a high quality of finish was achieved.
Project Scope
ASKARI managed the process, liaising with French based suppliers.
